Xatheryn Academy is operated by Xatheryn LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Xatheryn," "we," "us," or "our"). Xatheryn LLC is responsible for the information described on this page.

Xatheryn Academy is a library and search tool built for classroom research. It does not require an account, does not ask visitors to log in, and does not knowingly collect any personal information - no name, no email address, no date of birth, nothing tied to an individual student.

What we do collect

Like any website, our server keeps standard technical logs (things like IP address, the page requested, and the time of the request) for security and reliability purposes only. The words you type into the Academy search box are sent to our server so it can return results. These logs are not used to build a profile of any visitor, are not sold, and are not shared with advertisers - Xatheryn Academy carries no advertising and no tracking scripts.

What stays on your device

When you work through a book, the reader keeps your quiz and test answers, your scores, and the page you were on in your own browser's storage, so they are still there when you come back on the same device and browser. This is not sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data erases it.

What we search

Every result comes from a separate, dedicated index built only from primary-source archives and established academic and scientific institutions (for example the Library of Congress, the National Archives, the Smithsonian, and NASA). This index is entirely separate from Xatheryn's general web search - nothing from the general web can appear in Xatheryn Academy's results.

Changes

We may update this page as Xatheryn Academy develops. Material changes will show a new "Last updated" date.
